Overview

Ministry Connect is Kimberly J. Lewis’s original platform project, not a paying client engagement. Its public demonstration shows a church-specific booking experience that routes people according to what they need while distinguishing instant booking from private pastoral-care review.

Intended audience

Churches, members, pastors, ministry teams, schedule managers, and hosts coordinating appointments.

The need it addresses

Church appointment requests need clear routing, trustworthy availability, privacy for sensitive care requests, and safeguards against scheduling conflicts.

Kimberly's role

Kimberly created the concept, booking experience, and platform as an original independent project. It is not presented as a paying client engagement.

Features and experience

  • Meeting-purpose selection with routing to the appropriate host
  • Open-time selection that accounts for host hours, buffers, notice periods, and existing bookings
  • Private review instead of instant booking for pastoral-care requests
  • Role-based visibility for administrators, schedule managers, and hosts
  • Private visitor links for cancellation or rescheduling without a full account

Design and build approach

  • The public flow moves from purpose to time, visitor details, and confirmation in clear steps.
  • The current public experience identifies email reminders and calendar sync as not yet connected.
